As the name suggests, Tour Plan Manager feature of FlexDeck allows user to track, monitor and plan tours of the sale’s representatives for their visit to the customers.

HOW IT WORKS ?

Add / Edit Visit Tour Manager

1. Go To Menu -> Visit Tour Manager -> Add New Visit

a. Here, you can enter the tour associated details like, customer name, select if new customer, customer type,

customer contact number, purpose of visit, visit time, visit date, comments.

2. Go To Menu -> Visit Tour Manager -> Manage Tour

a. Here, you can see existing added visit tour details with pagination, 10 list on each page.

b. To sort visit tour details with respect to employee Name, customer Name, customer type, visit time and more. Click on upward arrow in the top of the table.

c. In Action button click have options for Update Distance, View on Map and Edit Visit click options.

3. Go To Menu -> Visit Tour Manager ->Visit Dashboard

a. Display total visits, pending visits, closed visits and completed visits records

b. Can view monthly visit tour analysis, visit tour analysis graphs.

4. Go To Menu -> Visit Tour Manager ->Add Work From Home

a. Here you can update work from home details.

5. Go To Menu -> Visit Tour Manager ->Add Work From Home Dashboard

Here, can update work from home graphical analysis.
