Additionally, it provides the facility of exporting MOM in PDF documents from FlexDeck to share with other colleagues and participants of the meeting.

HOW IT WORKS ?
Add / Edit MOM
1. Go to Menu -> MOM Manager -> Add New MoM
a. Here, you can enter the MoM associated details as, customer name, visit date, purpose of visit, agenda, place and other related details.
b. In this form you have provision to add multiple fields for participants, company name, contact number, distributions, topis discussed.
2. Go to Menu -> MOM Manager -> Report
a. Here, you can see existing added Mom details with pagination, 10 list on each page.
b. On click on View History option, can detailed view of the respective MoM record.
WHY IS MOM MANAGEMENT IMPORTANT ?
